Dr. Sindhura Kannappan is an accomplished management researcher, academician and resource person with a Ph.D. in Business Administration and an MBA Gold Medal from VIT Business School, Chennai. With a strong foundation in engineering and business management, she has developed extensive expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, statistical analysis, and research methodology.

She has an impressive scholarly record with over 70 research publications in reputed Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC, and UGC-CARE indexed journals, along with presentations at numerous national and international conferences. Her academic contributions further include books, book chapters, patents, and active involvement as a reviewer for several prestigious international journals.

Recognized for her outstanding contributions to research and academia, Dr. Sindhura has received multiple honors, including Young Researcher Awards, Best Researcher Awards, Best Thesis Award, and Best Academician Award. She is associated with several professional bodies as a senior and lifetime member and actively contributes to the academic community as a keynote speaker, session chair, conference coordinator, and technical committee member.

An experienced trainer and mentor, she has delivered expert sessions and conducted workshops on SPSS, JAMOVI, Bibliometric Analysis, AI tools, research methodology, and data analytics. She has also organized numerous workshops, webinars, and hackathons focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, SQL, Python, and Generative AI.

Her research and teaching interests span Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Management, Organizational Behaviour, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Systems, and Human Resource Management.
